Order Processing
All products in our store are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Once your order is placed, Printful typically takes 2–7 business days to print and prepare your items for shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Times
After fulfillment, shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s shipping costs for your region and the specific items in your order.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately. This is normal with Printful’s fulfillment process and will not affect your total shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers may be subject to customs duties or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we will work with Printful to investigate.
